No more than two animals are allowed per apartment. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed (see list below). Prior approval from management will be required by providing a photo of all dogs. Current vaccination records are required prior to move in. Weight limit combined is 100 lbs. $350 one time non-refundable pet fee and $250 one time refundable pet deposit per pet. $20 per month pet rent per pet. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease. RESTRICTED ANIMAL LIST (included, but not limited to) Breeds of Dogs: Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Husky, Wolfdog, Malamute, Dalmatian, Chowchow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Presa Canario, Staffordshire Terrier, Mastiff Breeds or Any hybrid mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds. Poisonous Animals: Tarantulas and Piranhas. Exotic Animals: Reptiles (snakes, iguanas), Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoon's, Squirrels, Rabbits, Potbelly Pigs or Any other animals not considered ordinary house pets.
